What do teenagers spend their money on?
By Génesis Mendoza

Teenagers between 12 and 19 years spend 155 euros monthly on average to buy things on a whim. They spend this money on clothes (26 €), food (24 €), and technologies (20€), but they never spend it on essential products for themselves.
According to the survey that young people took, called Teens 2010 (of the ‘Creafutur’ Foundation). Teenagers get a weekly allowance lower than 11 euros given by their parents. 66 per cent of teenagers are satisfied with this. This data is the result of 1.200 interviews and 7.400 interactive surveys.
In other countries (E.E.U.U, Brazil, France, United Kingdom, China and Mexico) teenagers buy brand products and technology.
Furthermore, teenagers between 12 and 19 years only share 10 percent of their time with adults, it's a very short time. Their free time is devoted to their friends, surfing the internet and with the Playstation.
